Shipping and Exchange

  1. MultiVista does not offer any 'Exchange' or 'Return' for any of its products.

2. All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 07 days only if:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.

  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.

In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.

Please email pictures of the defective item to [email protected] (or your official support email) or contact our customer support within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. MultiVista will review each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the damage. If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer's address.

3. In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

4. Discounted items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

Order Cancellation

  1. MultiVista does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee on purchased items.

2. Customers paying through online payment methods may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If eligible, the order amount will not be refunded in cash; instead, a store credit or coupon of the same value may be issued, which can be used for future purchases, subject to MultiVista's policy.

MultiVista reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • Damage found during quality check.

  • Technical error.

  • Payment authorization failure.

We do not store customers' payment details, nor do we share customer information with any third parties.
