Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The received product(s) differ from the original order.
Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories.
If the product is found to be damaged or incomplete, images of the outer packaging must be shared via email with our support team before discarding the packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within the stated time limit.
Please email pictures of the defective item to [email protected] (replace with your official email) within 7 days of order delivery to raise a dispute. MultiVista will review each case individually and make every effort to resolve it fairly. If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement for the product mentioned in the invoice or provide a store credit/coupon of the same value, subject to our exchange policy.
Please note that no dispute will be accepted after 7 days from the date of order delivery.
The buyer/customer is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith and is responsible for selecting the correct products before placing an order.
